TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH PAYMENT

1. Definitions

• "Program" refers to The King's Code and/or Going to the Mountain

• "Company" refers to The King's Code LLC and its representatives
• "Participant" refers to you, the individual enrolling in the Program

2. Payment Terms 

• All payments are non-refundable

• Late payments incur a $100 administrative fee per occurrence

• Payment plans must be maintained as agreed upon enrollment

• Failure to maintain payments may result in immediate program access suspension
• Defaulted payments may be referred to collections

3. Program Participation 

• Attendance and participation in scheduled sessions is your responsibility

• Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled

• Completion of The King's Code is required for Going to the Mountain eligibility

• All program materials are confidential and proprietary
• Unauthorized sharing or reproduction of materials is prohibited

4. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior toward facilitators and participants is required

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal without refund
• No recording of sessions without explicit written permission

5. Health and Safety

• You certify you are physically and mentally fit to participate

• You assume responsibility for your own well-being during the program

• Medical clearance may be required for certain activities
• The program is not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care

6. Liability Waiver

• You release The King's Code LLC, its employees, contractors, and facilitators from any liability

• You acknowledge the inherent risks in transformational work

• You take full responsibility for your experience and outcomes
• Program results vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed

7. Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas

• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas

8. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
