What Threshold is

Threshold is a proving ground for men who feel the pull toward The King’s Code and want to engage in structured work before initiation.

It is the bridge between TKC open community spaces and the full, closed initiatory journey.

Threshold is not initiation.
It is preparation and revelation.

You can expect:

• Genuine brotherhood
• Real-world challenge
• Accountability support
• Revelation of who you are
• A clear path forward

This is not a guarantee of acceptance into The King's Code 

Threshold is a mutual discernment process. Both you and our team will determine if you are ready to walk the full path. 

The cultural context of threshold 

In many traditions, a necessary step precedes initiation.

Here, that step is called Threshold. It provides the opportunity of encountering oneself in the absence of "normal life". The purpose of Threshold is to achieve clear self-revelation.

Threshold answers:

Who am I being right now?

Initiation answers:

Who is the man I was born to be? 

Threshold functions as a step before initiation.

It is designed to surface what is already present... fears, patterns, avoidance, strength, inconsistency, discipline, and capacity.

Following Threshold, you get to decide what's next for you as a man. 

Commitment

You may join Threshold when you are ready. 

Upon joining, you will begin the journey immediately. 

During this journey, you are expected to: 

• Engage with bi-monthly "challenges" provided by TKC facilitators.
• Attend 2 60-minute Zoom calls per month with TKC facilitators (Sundays at Noon CST).
• Attend 2 accountability calls per month with your small group and mentor (Scheduled at your group's discretion). 
• Connect with your brothers walking this journey with you in the group thread and 1-on-1. 

What Threshold will reveal

Most men believe their problem is lack of knowledge, discipline, or strategy.

It isn’t.

What actually holds men back are patterns they cannot see.

That's what Threshold will reveal to you. What is actually holding you back, and why. 

Once you are aware, you get to decide what to do about it. 

Selection & Discernment

Completion of Threshold does not automatically enroll a man into The King’s Code. At the end of Threshold:

* You assess your readiness.

* Some men are invited forward. Some are encouraged to wait. Some complete the container and do not continue.

Investment

$500 per month (every 4 weeks.)

If invited into The King’s Code Cohort 3,
50% will be credited to TKC3.

Enrollment begins immediately upon payment.
